Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoC&I) on February 10, 2025, notified Indian Boiler (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 further to amend the Indian Boiler Regulations, 1950.

The following has been stated: -

•In regulation 382, in sub-regulation (a), in the list of States and Union territories with their distinguishing letters, for the entry “Telangana TS”, the entry “Telangana TG” shall be substituted.

They shall come into force on February 11, 2025.
