Secretarial Compliance The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), on February 13, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Facility for submission of Charge Structure in electronic form through e-PASS.

NSDL has enhanced the charge structure submission module on the e-PASS portal. Participants must submit their charge structure annually by April 30 and can now update billing cycles, BSDA tariff charges, and modifications online. Existing maker/checker users can access these features via their current login. Compliance is mandatory.
