The Labour Department, Govt. of Tripura on January 16, 2025, issued the Tripura Boilers (Third Amendment) Rules, 2024 to further amend the Tripura Boilers Rules, 1983.
This shall come into force on Jnauary 20, 2025.
The following has been stated namely:-
• After rule 50, a new rule shall be inserted, namely:- “(51) Adjudication proceedings under section 26 A” and “(52) Appeal under section 26 B”.
• After the existing Form “D” a new form shall be added namely:- “Form E - Memorandum of Appeal - Before the Appellate Authority".
