Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 14, 2025, notified regarding the Mandatory Reporting of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings by Members.

It states that certain clients have approached the NCLT for relief instead of using SEBI's investor grievance redressal mechanism, which could deplete a Member's assets and affect other clients' recoveries. Further states that the Members shall report NCLT cases to the Exchange within one week of admission.
