The National Stock Exchange (NSE), on February 14, 2025, issued a notification regarding the FAQ on digital representation of penalty review requests.
Members are reminded of circular which outlined the process for submitting penalty review requests in digitized form for the following:
Penalty for Non-Submission
Penalty for Modification and Delayed Submission
Penalty for Client Margin/Short Allocation
The steps for submitting a Penalty Review request, as previously communicated, are provided again in Annexure 1. Additionally, Annexure 2 contains a compilation of frequently faced issues by members while submitting requests through the digitized mode. Members are advised to take note and ensure compliance.
