Industry Specific ComplianceThe Government of Maharashtra on February 13, 2025, issued the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 2025 to further amend the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

The following amendments have been stated:

• In rule 9, in sub-rule (2C) for the word, figures and sign "proportion 1:10", the word, figures and sign "proportion 1:3" shall be substituted.
