The Department of Commercial Taxes, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh on February 14, 2025, issued the Madhya Pradesh Special Liquor Rules, 2024.
This shall come into force on February 14, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It shall apply to manufacturing, blending, storage, import, export, transport and sale, etc. of special liquor.
• It states the process for obtaining a license to manufacture special liquor, including application submission, fee payment, and required documentation for approval by the Excise Commissioner.
