The Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) on February 15, 2025, issued an advisory on the Introduction of Form ENR-03 for Enrolment of Unregistered Dealers/Persons in the e-Way Bill Portal for generating e-way Bill.
The following has been stated: -
•A new feature has been introduced on the e-Way Bill portal, allowing unregistered dealers to enroll using Form ENR-03 and generate e-Way Bills.
•The enrolment requires PAN details, mobile verification, and the creation of login credentials, resulting in a unique Enrollment ID. This ID can replace GSTIN for generating e-Way Bills.
•For further assistance, users can refer to the User Guide or contact the GST Helpdesk.
