The Government of Chhattisgarh on February 14, 2025, issued the Chhattisgarh State Project Reporting Grant, Quality Certification Grant, Technology Patent Grant, and Technology Purchase Grant Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like the Special category of entrepreneur means Non-Resident Indians and Policy.
•Rule 3 specifies that these rules will come into effect from February 14, 2025.
•Rule 4 specifies Eligibility for Project Report Grants includes new micro, small, and medium enterprises, specific product category enterprises, and startup units. Reimbursement for project report preparation expenses is provided only after the industry is established.
