The Revenue and Forest Department, Maharashtra on February 12, 2024, issued the notification regarding the amendment to the Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. 2015/1049/CR-(334)M-1, dated June 03, 2016,
The following has been amended namely: -
• In the Schedule appended to the said Notification, in entry at serial number 83, in column (2) after the words "Foreign Banks" the following words, brackets and letters shall be inserted, namely: -
“Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA)"
