The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) on February 12, 2025, issued the Draft Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Certification of Energy Auditors, Energy Auditors (Building) and Energy Managers) Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It notifies that the Bureau will conduct a National Examination for Energy Auditors and Managers, notifying the details through a newspaper, with the exam in English.
• It states that the eligibility to appear for the National Examination requires meeting the qualifications specified in Rule 4 of the Energy Conservation Rules, 2020.
• Objections or suggestions, if any, may be addressed to the Director-General, Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, 4th Floor, Sewa Bhawan, R.K. Puram, New Delhi-110066 and may be sent at the e-mail address of the Bureau at [email protected] and on or before March 13, 2025.
