The Government of Chhattisgarh on February 14, 2025, issued the Chhattisgarh Commercial Production/Service Activity Certificate Rules, 2024.
The following has been stated: -
• The competent authority for issuing commercial production/service activity certificate will be as follows: -
o Chief of the concerned district for Micro, Small Manufacturing Enterprises/Micro, Small Service Enterprises/General Manager, District Trade and Industry Centre,
o Director/Additional Director/Joint Director, Industries Directorate for Medium, Large Manufacturing Enterprises/Medium, Large Service Enterprises.
• The format of the online application for issuing the certificate has been stated in Annexure-1
• Before submitting online application for certificate, it is mandatory for the unit to obtain Udyam Aspiration Registration.
• Please refer to the notification for Annexures.
This shall come into force on February 14, 2025.
