Finance & Taxation Compliance The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on February 17, 2025, notified Customs (On-Arrival Movement for Storage and Clearance at Authorised Importer Premises) Regulations, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Authorised Importer and Authorised Importer Premises.

•Rule 3 specifies about the application.

•Rule 4 specifies the Registration of an importer.

They shall come into force with effect from February 17, 2025.
