Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Manipur on January 16, 2025, notified Jiribam Municipal Council Building Bye-laws, 2025.

The following has been stated: -

•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like Affordable Housing and Antenna.

•Rule 3 specifies the Form of Application, Amount of Fees, and other Particulars required to be submitted with the Application.

•Rule 4 specifies the “OBPS” Online Building Permission System.

These Bye-laws shall come into force from January 16, 2025.
