The Department of Commerce & Industries, Chhattisgarh on February 14, 2025, notified regarding the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30: Provisions for Enterprise Aspirations Certification.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 of Chhattisgarh defines "Udyam Aakanksha" as an approval certificate issued via the state’s Commerce and Industry Department portal, valid for five years.
• It states that Online applications and payments shall be required for certification, with fees based on enterprise size. Existing certificates with remaining validity will be extended to five years under this policy.
