Industry Specific ComplianceThe National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) on February 12, 2025, notified regarding the launch of Digital Health Certification Programme for NABH Entry- Level Certification Hospitals/SHCO`S w.e.f April 01, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• NABH has launched the Digital Health Certification Programme for hospitals/SHCOs under the Entry Level Certification Programme, allowing them to apply for the Silver maturity level based on self-assessment. A Self-Assessment Toolkit (SAT) and an online portal are provided for a smooth application process. Applications open from April 1, 2025, to ensure the adoption of digital processes for improved patient care.

• It states that NABH is waiving the application fee for entry-level hospitals/SHCOs applying for DHS (Silver Maturity Level), offering a 50% subsidy on the first-year annual fee for the first 300 "Early Adopters," and allowing upgrades to Gold/Platinum certification after two years.

• It invites all the NABH Entry Level Certified Hospitals/SHCOs in India to embrace this opportunity, and join the digital health revolution, and become the architects of a brighter and healthier future.
