Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Uttar Pradesh on February 13, 2025, issued a notification regarding the GST Rate Schedule.

The Ministry, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendation of the Council, hereby makes amendments to the Notification (08/2018), dated January 25, 2018.

The following has been stated-

In the said notification, in the TABLE, against S. No. 4, in column (4), for the entry “6%”, the entry “9%” shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force on January 16, 2025.
