The Government of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu on February 07, 2025, issued the Draft "Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Tenancy Rules, 2024”
The following has been stated namely: -
• They shall apply to whole of the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu
• The Information of Tenancy and timelines has been stated
• The Tenancy details to be uploaded and maintained by Rent Authority has been stated in the rules
• Procedure to be followed for making application before the Rent Court has been stated.
Feedback/comments on draft rules are to be submitted in the Office of Secretary (Revenue) within 30 days.
