The Central Depository Services (India) Limited on February 19, 2025, notified regarding the Procedure for Linking Beneficiary Between Seller BO and Buyer BO.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that DPs are instructed to follow the step-by-step procedures in the attached Annexure-A for linking beneficiaries to ensure smooth off-market transactions via CDASWeb and Easiest applications.
• Further it informed that the maker-checker functionality shall be introduced for setting up the Buyer-Seller link and there will be no change in the current upload functionality.
