Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Tamil Nadu on February 17, 2025, issued amendments to the Tamil Nadu Denatured Spirit, Methyl Alcohol and Varnish (French Polish) Rules, 1959.

The following has been stated: -

•In the Rules, in rule 9,- (1) in sub-rule (iii), in clause (A), sub-clauses (a) and (c) shall be omitted; and (2) sub-rule (x) shall be omitted.
