The Indian Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) on February 18, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Segregation and Allocation of the Visibility on Client Collateral.
The following has been stated namely: -
• ICCL has updated the access point for the web-based facility that enables investors to view their disaggregated collateral placed with a member.
• Investors can continue to use this feature after completing a simple online registration process.
• Members are requested to make efforts to communicate and educate their clients about this facility through various channels, including letters, SMS, emails, social media and website.
• All Members are advised to publish a link to the web-based facility on their website’s homepage to ensure compliance.
