The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on February 13, 2025, notified the International Financial Services Centres Authority (Fund Management) Regulations, 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•Rule 2 lays down various definitions of the terms like accredited investor and certificate of registration.
•Rule 3 specifies the Obligation to seek registration.
•Rule 4 specifies Eligibility Conditions for obtaining a certificate of registration.
These regulations shall come into force on and from February 19, 2025.
