Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 21, 2025, issued a notification regarding an Alert Report for the mismatch between Actual collateral Allocation and Segregation reporting.

The following has been stated: - 

•ICCL will generate an exception report to identify mismatches in collateral reporting, as per SEBI and ICCL circulars. The report will be available on the Extranet portal under Member Alert by T+2 day. 

•Members must ensure accurate data reporting to avoid discrepancies. The report will be available starting March 01, 2025.
