The Indian Bank Association, (IBA) on February 20, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Dearness Allowance for Workmen and Officer Employees in banks for the months of February, March and April 2025.
The IBA has issued Circular No. HR&IR/76/D/2024-25/1824 dated February 20, 2025, regarding Dearness Allowance (DA) for Workmen and Officer Employees in banks for February, March, and April 2025 under the XI Bipartite Settlement (BPS) and 8th Joint Note dated November 11, 2020. This circular should also be used to determine the DA for Chief General Managers of Public Sector Banks who are not covered under the 12th Bipartite Settlement.
