Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Mines (MoM) on February 20, 2025, issued an amendment in an older notification no. S.O. 423 (E) dated February 10, 2015, states the list of minerals to be minor minerals.

It notified that in Section 3, Sub-section (ii), minerals specified in items (iii), (xiv), (xxii), and (xxv) shall be omitted.
