The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 24, 2025, extended the due date for the Submission of Action Taken Report pertaining to System Audit Report of Trading Members for the half year ended September 30, 2024.
Trading Members are required to take corrective action for each non-compliance reported by auditor in System Audit Report and submit Action Taken Report (ATR) for non-compliances reported in the audit period ending September 30, 2024. On review of details of corrective action taken/submitted by trading member, the auditor shall submit the status of compliance as Compliant or Non-Compliant through BEFS Portal as per below mentioned timelines.
The exchange further extended the due date for submission until February 28, 2025.
