The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 24, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Submission of Action Taken Report pertaining to Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members for the half year ended September 30, 2024.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Trading Members are required to take corrective action for each non-compliance reported by auditor in Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit and submit Action Taken Report (ATR) for non-compliances reported in the audit period ending September 30, 2024.
• On review of details of corrective action taken/submitted by trading member, the auditor shall submit the status of compliance as Compliant or Non-Compliant through BEFS Portal as per below mentioned timelines:
o February 28, 2025 – Action Taken Report (ATR) for Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit for the period ending September 30, 2024. (If Applicable)
• The provision to submit the Corrective Action Report and related documents to be submitted only in electronic form through BEFS portal (BSE Electronic Filing System).
