Commercial Compliance The Government of Rajasthan on February 19, 2025, issued a notification regarding Stamp Duty Remission on Loan Sanction Instruments.

The following has been stated: -

•The State Government of Rajasthan, under section 9 of the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998, orders the remission of stamp duty on instruments executed for sanctioning loans under the Rajasthan Cooperative Gopal Credit Card Loan Scheme, considering it necessary in the public interest.
