Secretarial ComplianceThe National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 24, 2025, issued a circular regarding Reversal Trade Cancellation Mechanism (RTCM).

The following has been stated: -

•The NSE circular (NSE/SURV/62493) outlines the Reversal Trade Cancellation Mechanism (RTCM), applicable to certain securities for March 2025, based on criteria excluding Nifty 500 constituents, ETFs, and approved securities. 

•The list of symbols eligible for RTCM is provided in the "CM_RTCM_mar2025.csv" file available on the extranet. 

•RTCM helps prevent reversal trades between two PANs if specific thresholds are breached but does not exempt trading members from adhering to additional regulations outlined in NSE/INVG/46662.
