Commercial Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Finance Department, Govt. of Rajasthan on February 19, 2025, notified regarding the reduction in Stamp Duty for Joint Property Conveyance Between Spouses.

It states that the stamp duty on the conveyance of immovable property with a market value of up to fifty lakh rupees, executed in favor of a wife and husband jointly, shall be reduced to 5.5%.
