Secretarial Compliance The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on February 25, 2025, issued a circular regarding the Direct payout of securities to the client's demat account.

The following has been stated: -

•The direct payout to client demat accounts, implemented on February 25, 2025, will continue for future settlements. Members are required to upload the UNPAID MTF files on NMASS for releasing payouts with pledges in favor of the CUSPA and CSFMA accounts.

•This process follows the NCL circular NCL/CMPT/66688 dated February 14, 2025.
