The Department of Commercial Taxes, Govt. of Chhattisgarh on February 21, 2025, notified regarding the Chhattisgarh Micro Yavaswani Rules, 2025
The following has been stated namely: -
• This shall come into force from February 21, 2025.
• It states that these rules shall extend to the entire state of Chhattisgarh, but obtaining any permission/no-objection required for any place will be mandatory.
• It states that it will be mandatory for the applicant to deposit a processing fee of Rs 10,000 along with the application form through such medium as may be prescribed by the Excise Commissioner.
• It provides Conditions for granting license.
• It outlines the provision for Disposal of waste material.
