The Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 24, 2025, amended an older notification No. F-A3-33-2017-1-V (42), dated June 29, 2017, related to MPGST/CGST Rate Schedule.
The following has been stated: -
•In the notification, - (a) in the Schedule I – 2.5%, after S. No. 98A and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -
98B. 1904 Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK)
•In Schedule III – 9%, against S. No. 15, in column (3), after the words “commonly known as Murki”, the words “, Fortified Rice Kernel (FRK)” shall be inserted.
This notification shall come into force with effect from January 16, 2025.
