The Indian Nursing Council (INC) on February 24, 2025, notified regarding fake and fabricated documents related to the Faculty Documentation in Nursing Colleges.
The council notified regarding the fake and fabricated document that states the following:
The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has noticed that some nursing colleges are maintaining faculty records of individuals who are not actively working in their institutions, including those employed in clinical settings, as Community Health Officers (CHO), or as Nursing Officers.
All nursing colleges are strictly instructed to ensure that faculty records are genuine, accurate, and up to date. Any discrepancies, such as retaining documents of faculty members who are not actively engaged in teaching, will be treated as a serious violation of INC regulations.
All institutions are advised to immediately review and update their faculty records and ensure that only actively employed faculty members are listed. No further excuses or non-compliance will be entertained. For any clarification, institutions may contact the INC office.
The circular is fake and fabricated and should not be followed.
