The Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 24, 2025, issued the Madhya Pradesh MSME Industrial Land and Building Allotment and Management Rules, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• These rules will be applicable to the Land, industrial areas and buildings owned by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department located in the Madhya Pradesh border
• The process and documents related to allocation of land and building construction and management in industrial areas for industrial purpose, residential purpose, commercial purpose, warehousing purpose and incidental purposes of industry have been determined
• Industrial areas to be developed under Public Private Partnership (PPP). The process of allotment of industrial buildings, buildings constructed for plug and play and commercial buildings will not be under these rules.
This will be applicable from February 24, 2025
