Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Goa on February 27, 2025, notified the date of enforcement of the Goa Money Lenders and Accredited Loan Providers Act, 2013.

It is stated that March 01, 2025, is the date on which the provisions of the Goa Money Lenders and Accredited Loan Providers Act, 2013 shall come into force.
