The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on February 28, 2025, extended the timeline for submission of public comments on the consultation paper titled “Consultation Paper on aspects relating to Secretarial Compliance Report, Appointment of Auditors and Related Party Transactions of a Listed Entity”.
It has been decided to extend the timeline for submission of comments to March 7, 2025. Public comments may be provided through the following link: https://www.sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/publiccommentv2/PublicCommentAction.do?doPublicComments=yes
