The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on February 27, 2025, updated the Master Direction - Core Investment Companies (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016.
The following modifications have been stated:
• Point No. 49 which states Submission of data to Credit Information Companies - Format of data to be submitted by Credit Institutions has been substituted:
CICs shall comply with the instructions contained in Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Credit Information Reporting) Directions, 2025 dated January 06, 2025, as amended from time to time.
• Point No. 50 which states Data Format for Furnishing of Credit Information to Credit Information Companies and other Regulatory Measures
CICs shall comply with the instructions contained in Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Credit Information Reporting) Directions, 2025 dated January 06, 2025, as amended from time to time.
