The Central Depository Services (India) Limited, (CDSL) on February 28, 2025, issued a Corrigendum to Master Circular for Depository Participants (DPs) Dated April 29, 2024.
CDSL, through Communique No. CDSL/OPS/DP/POLCY/2024/230 dated April 29, 2024, issued a Master Circular for Depository Participants (DPs) on March 31, 2024. The circular has been modified as follows:
Deletion of a Sentence in Para 3:
The sentence stating that "In case of any inconsistency between the Master Circular and the applicable communiqués, users may refer to the detailed contents of the applicable/relevant communiqué" shall be deleted.
Substitution of Rescinded Communiqués:
The list of rescinded communiqués has been updated as per Annexure I.
Except for the above modifications, all other provisions of the Master Circular dated April 29, 2024, remain unchanged.
