Industry Specific ComplianceThe Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL) on February 28, 2025, issued the Procedure for Linking Beneficiary Between Seller BO and Buyer BO.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Maker-Checker functionality shall be introduced for setting up the Buyer-Seller link. 

• However, there will be no change in the current upload functionality for creation of Buyer-Seller link. 

• The aforesaid new functionality changes for Buyer-Seller link shall be released on Live on February 28, 2025.
