The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on February 28, 2025, notified regarding the SEBI Turnover Fees Payment across segments including applicable GST.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The turnover fee along with applicable GST shall be debited to the respective settlement (valan) account/Exchange dues account of Trading Members on the 3rd working day of the next month i.e., March 05, 2025.
• Further, trading members are informed that turnover details and turnover fees (including 18% GST) shall be available in EXTRANET on or after March 3, 2024, invoices will be available by March 4, 2024, and SEBI turnover fees with GST will be debited separately from the Member’s settlement/exchange dues account.
