The Govt. of Karnataka on March 01, 2025, issued the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) (Amendment) Rules, 2025, to further amend the Karnataka Government (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1977.
The following has been stated namely: -
• In SCHEDULE XIX A, under the heading “KANNADA, CULTURE AND INFORMATION DEPARTMENT”, under the sub-heading “A. Literary and Culture Affairs” serial no.8 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
• In SCHEDULE XII, under the heading “PLANNING, PROGRAMME MONITORING AND STATISTICS DEPARTMENT”, under the sub-heading “B. Man-Power”, after serial no.5, it shall be inserted, namely:- “6. Karnataka Border Area Development Authority”.
