The Government of Madhya Pradesh on February 28, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Prohibition of Refusal to Work in Essential Milk Services Order, 2025.
The Madhya Pradesh State Government, in the public interest, has prohibited refusal to work in essential milk services, including milk collection, processing, and distribution, for a period of three months. This order is issued under Section 4(1) of the Madhya Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance and Disruption Prevention Act, 1979 (No. 10 of 1979) and takes effect from the date of publication.
