The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on March 04, 2025, issued a corrigendum to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
It states that in notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2025/230 dated February 17, 2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, in the English version, at page 6, in Regulation 3, in sub-regulation (I), in clause (ii), the words and symbol “after sub-regulation (29)” shall be read as “after sub-regulation (30)” and the symbol “(30)” shall be read as “(31)”.
