The Central University of Jharkhand on February 27, 2025, notified regarding the regulations governing Self Financing Programmes, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Self-Financing Programmes will be managed and administered by a body, namely, the Board of Management.
• It states that approval of self-financing programs requires alignment with the university's mission, a detailed project report (DPR) assessing need, objectives, and outcomes, followed by evaluation by the Board of Management and recommendations to the Executive Council via the Academic Council.
• It states that the admission to programs shall be based on an all-India written test or qualifying exam marks, with eligibility criteria, intake capacity, and mode of admission determined by the department and approved by the Board of Management.
• It further states that this Regulation shall supersede all erstwhile Regulations related to the subject of this Regulation.
