The Government of Chhattisgarh on March 04, 2025, issued amendments in the Chhattisgarh Industrial Land and Building Management Rules, 2015.
The following has been stated: -
•The definition of "Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (CSIDC)" and various enterprise categories have been clarified.
•The entry in paragraph 1.4 should be omitted, and the words "without family" and "(up to ground floor and maximum first floor)" in clause 2.2.3 should be removed.
•Clause 2.3.2(b) has been revised to specify the maximum land allotment for micro, small, and medium enterprises based on investment and land requirements.
