The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 06, 2025, issued a reminder for submission of VAPT Action taken report (ATR) for the financial year 2024-25.
The following has been stated: -
•Trading members must submit the Action Taken Report (ATR) for any open vulnerabilities identified in the VAPT report by March 31, 2025, through the BEFS portal.
•If vulnerabilities remain unresolved after this date, compensatory controls must be implemented, and a report endorsed by senior officers must be submitted. Non-compliance may result in penalties or disciplinary actions.
•The ATR submission will only be considered complete once digitally signed and acknowledged by the Exchange.
