Finance & Taxation Compliance The Finance Department, West Bengal on February 25, 2025, issued the notification regarding the waiver of excess late fee for delayed filing of FORM GSTR-9C for FY 2017-18 to 2022-23

The following has been stated namely: -

• It is stated that the excess late fees for delayed FORM GSTR-9C filing for FY 2017-18 to 2022-23, shall be waived off, if submitted by March 31, 2025, without refund of fees already paid.

This shall come into force on January 23, 2025
