The Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd., (MCX), on March 06, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Market Data – Revision in Stream.
The MCX plans to implement changes in the Market Data Streams for Enhanced Market Data Interface (EMDI) and Enhanced Order Book Interface (EOBI), effective March 10, 2025.
EMDI: Market data dissemination for Crude Oil Mini Futures & Options will move from Stream 3 to Stream 1.
EOBI: Market data dissemination for Crude Oil Mini Futures & Options will move from Stream 4 to Stream 1.
All pending GTC and GTD orders for Crude Oil Mini contracts will be canceled after market close on March 7, 2025. Members and vendors must test updated streams in the Mock Trading Session on March 8, 2025. The Stream Master will be available on MCX SFTP portal for reference. Trading members and empaneled vendors are required to update their applications accordingly as per Annexure I attached to the document.
