The Government of Chhattisgarh on March 07, 2025, issued a notification regarding authorizing e-KYC Aadhaar for Employee and Pensioner Verification.
The following has been stated: -
•The Government has authorized the Finance Department to use e-KYC Aadhaar for verifying the identity of government employees during registration on the Online Karmik Sampada portal and for pensioners submitting life certificates on the Aabhaar portal.
•This is in line with the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance Rules, 2020, and is subject to the permission granted by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology on February 12, 2025.
This notification shall come into effect from March 07, 2025.
